Henry has a B.S. in Management, and before real estate, he had a 12-year career in investment banking. While working for companies such as Wells Fargo Advisors, Merrill Lynch, and Royal Alliance, he gained a thorough understanding of portfolio management, retail banking, mortgage loans, and home equity lines of credit. Henry also served as Managing Director for Prosper Capital Group, LLC., which specializes in flipping homes.
As an agent, Henry taps into his extensive background in finance and business to ensure that his clients make sound investments that bring returns. Having mentored with TERA Real Estate’s founder, Triet Nguyen, Henry has the expertise to aptly determine property values, craft competitive offers, and negotiate contracts. He gladly works with a wide range of clients, including many Vietnamese buyers and sellers.
In Henry’s free time, he enjoys traveling, watching movies, family activities, and he never passes up a good barbecue.
